Products are shipped within 72 hours, and often the same day as ordered. We can ship by USPS Media mail, Priority mail or FedEx shipping, however we will ship by media mail unless we hear from you. Please call if you have question regarding the best method of shipment for your needs.
Products may be returned if they have not been used and are in brand new condition, that is they are clean and have no flaws such as bent corners. If purchased at a quantity discount, the discount will be reversed. Customer pays for shipping when returned and must be packaged so the product is not damaged in shipping.
